I work with passionate professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and high performing athletes on a mission toward something bigger than themselves.
Entrepreneurial spirited, smart, creatively driven, and my clients don’t fit the typical mold that follows the herd of the industry or social circle they’re in. They are purposeful, driven, vocal, and taking action comes naturally to them – and this impacts their capability to let go of their titles, stay reliant on praise, or letting others in – to follow their visions wholeheartedly.
They don’t want work with vanilla in return. They want a truth teller in their corner.
I don’t hesitate to tell them like it is. In fact, I stand alongside, aligning them to what makes them powerful and to address blind spots. I’ve done it with business owners and leaders managing multi-million dollar lines of businesses and companies, to professionals in career transition dealing with lost confidence or the ambiguity of how to position themselves in a sea of similar, to men who need to soften their hard edges in how they communicate.
And then shit happens. And it’s big. Like letting go of cultural expectation, launching new projects with both feet in, or wearing ‘vulnerability’ with honour and not a shield to hide behind kinda BIG.
We won’t start from the outside and go in. Those external measuring tools are not starting points. We get that for leaders, executives, and business owners, this is difficult to lean into.
