I love the work I get to do—and the people I get to do it with.
Every day, I help people show up authentically and courageously so they can build better relationships, careers, and lives around them. But I didn’t start here.
I spent 20+ years in brand, communications, and marketing—working across retail, financial services, and nonprofits in executive and public-facing roles for global organizations. I was good at it. But something was missing. I left that career in search of work that mattered more—work that combined my dedication to inner knowledge, transformation, and playing big in meaningful ways.
Someone once described me as “brass balls wrapped in velvet,” and honestly? That tracks. I bring an unorthodox approach, honesty, intuition, a sense of humour, and a willingness to ask the questions no one else will. I’m skilled at holding your feet to the fire—while doing it with compassion. I combine decades of business experience, leadership training, entrepreneurship, and what I’m most passionate about—social health and mental wellbeing—into an approach that’s refreshing, action-focused, and gets results.
What pulled me toward coaching? Watching what mental stress does to people. How it makes us interact differently, protect ourselves unnecessarily, perform versions of who we think we should be, and waste energy upholding inauthentic parts of our personality. During COVID-19, I pursued my Masters of Management in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with one goal: design a coaching platform for young adults experiencing anxiety around career decisions.
Mental health has touched my family, my career, and my life. I’ve always been about seeing people for the genius elements that make them, them—and helping them love those parts too. When people spiral or get stressed, it doesn’t just affect their physical health—it shifts how they view themselves. Thoughts, actions, and behaviours move away from authenticity.
I do this work because I care deeply about what it means to be in relationship—with yourself, with others, and for your mental and physical health. I work with leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and young adults who experience stress, anxiety, and tension that keeps them from connecting and relating. Together, we create plans and design their brands so they stop avoiding the messiness of work relationships and start navigating them with confidence.
I see people for the genius that makes them, them—and I help them see it too. If you’re ready to stop performing and start showing up, let’s talk.
